1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk4444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk4444 website, including all betting, casino, and gaming services offered therein.

• You are registering only one account in your own name. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or close associate of pk4444 or any of its technology, payment, or gaming partners.
• All information you provide during registration and verification is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

pk4444 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any point thereafter at our discretion, we may request documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each player may hold only one active account. If we detect duplicate accounts linked to the same individual — identified by matching personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, payment instrument, or any other indicator — we reserve the right to close the duplicate accounts and void any associated balances and bonuses.

3. Account Security & Responsibilities

If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat or email. pk4444 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pk4444 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk4444 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Time limit: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified per promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on pk4444, you accept the specific rules applicable to that betting market or game type. Sport-specific rules, live betting policies, and casino game rules are published in the Help section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on pk4444:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pk4444 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where a technical error on our part resulted in an incorrect acceptance.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity or completion of a game round or sporting event settlement, pk4444 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts.

Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, pk4444 reserves the right to withhold funds, freeze accounts, and share relevant information with appropriate authorities without further notice to the account holder.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and pk4444 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, or warranties, whether written or oral.
